Problem Statement

Fragmented, cash-led revenue flows hurt transparency and trust.

Paper receipts lying on the floor

Paper receipts and manual reconciliation made it hard to know what to pay or prove payment, leading to leakages, disputes, and poor IGR visibility.

Solution

One portal to pay, verify, and reconcile.

Standardized revenue heads, e-invoicing, multi-channel payments, instant QR e-receipts, and real-time dashboards/audit trails, clear steps, fewer errors, and higher confidence

Pain Points We Uncovered

Research & Insights

Officer interviews and citizen walkthroughs showed two blockers: unclear “what to pay” and no trusted proof. Elevating Pay and Verify receipt as primary actions increased completion and reduced walk-ins.
